This means that we can serve all of your commercial construction project needs. We specialize in tenant improvements, commercial remodels, theme building and everything in between.

The structure of KW GC LLC. will offer you a low stress project. We pride ourselves on staying a strong company while staying small enough to keep on the top of all tasks put in front of us, and keeping a large amount of owner involvement. There are three partners in KW GC LLC., Kurt Wallin, Jack Robinson, and Justin Wallin. There is not a day during the week that one of the three owners is not on every job site.

KW GC LLC. has two full time safety officers and we maintain a written safety policy, which our employees and subcontractors agree to abide by. We realize the importance of safety on our projects and we make every effort to make a safe working environment for our employees and subcontractors.

In addition to keeping our employees safe we also keep them educated. The Construction industry is constantly changing with the steady flow of new techniques, laws, and codes. To help stay ahead of the game we offer classes and training sessions for our employees.
